Ord G-363(23-60) ORDINANCE NO. .... m'-' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 1V OF ORDINANCE NO. G-545, WHICH PROVIDED FOR A ZONING EOR- ATORIUM BETWEEN .MAY lST AND NOVF24BER DOTH OF ANY YEAR,AND PROVIDING FOR ZONING CHANGES TO BE HEARD AND ACTED UPON ON A YEAR-ROUND BASIS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, believes the need for a zoning moratorium no longer exists, and that it would be for the benefit of the City and its residents if zoning changes were heard and made all during the year, rather than Just during the months of December through April; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 1V of Ordinance No. G-345 providing for a moratorium on zoning changes between May 1st and November 30th of any year is hereby repealed, so that petitions for zoning changes, amendments and re-classifications will be heard and acted upon throughout the entire year, and that Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach is amended to read accordingly.
