Ord G-313(11-59) ORDINANCE NO. .~" G-$15. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING: REPEALING SUBPARAGRAPH (6) OF SUBSECTION 6 OF SECTION 7 OF CHAPTE~ 29 OF THE CODE OF OHDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, Sections 18 and 20 of Chapter 23 of the Code of Ordinances prohibit any hedge, shrub, wall or structure of any kind which would obstruct vision from being maintained or erected more than three feet in height measured from the crown of the road parallel to such hedge, shrub, wall or structure for a distance of twenty-five feet from a property line on a corner; and WHEREAS, Section 29-7.6(6) of the Code of Ordinances imposes more restrictive conditions; and WHEREAS, it is deemed that the provisions of Sections 18 and 20 of said Chapter 23 are adequate to safeguard the interests of the public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City of DeLvay Beach, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Section 29-7.6(6) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach, Florida is hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED in Regular Session this day of April, 1959. ....
