Ord G-327(25-59) ORDINANCE NO. G-327 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING SUBSECTION (9) OF SECTION 29-7.6 BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH ( c ) DEFINING THE SET BACK ALONG ATLANTIC AVENUE, EAST EON U. S. HIGHWAY NO. 1 TO HIGHWAY A-I-A. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Subsection (9) of Section 29-7.6 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by adding subparagraph (c) to provide and read as follows: "Within the business district along Atlantic Avenue, east from U. S. Highway No. Highway A-l-A, all commercial buildings shall be set back forty-th~ee (43) feet f~om the center line of said Atlantic Avenue, and ne st~-uctu~es shall be e~eCted, altemed st~ucted within the a~ea between such set back SECTION 2. All o~dinances and pa~ts of oPdinances in conflict hemewith a~e hereby ~epealed.
