AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 29-?.6(15) OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DEL-
RAY BEACH, FLORIDA, TO PERMIT PRIVATE GOLF
COURSES IN "R-]AA" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 29-?.6(15) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby a-
mended by adding the following provision:
"(c) In R-1AA Single Family D, elling District:
(1) Private Golf Courses."
SECTION 2. That any land within said R-1AA Single Family D, elling
District now used, existing and operating as a private golf course is
hereby recognized and pemmitted and shall continue as a pem,~ssive use
until abandoned or surrendered.
SECTION 8. This ordinance is in addition to existing provisions;
however, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on the second and final
reading this 9th _ day of June, 1958.
