Minutes of the precious meeting wese read and approved. !The ordinance on LIGHT & WATER was presented and read p 'Motion by H.J.Sterling and supported by L.L.Barwick i that the ORDINANCE be retered to the ordinance Committee OarrieA The matter of furnishing Water & Light thethe Factor~r was Attorney taken up and discuaaed,the City~gi~ing it as his opinion that the matter should be retered to the Citizens to rote on.
