The Council met pursuant to adjournment from
January 29th, the Mayor presiding. i:ouncilmen peen, ;vialone,
Scott, and Sundt' were present. Mr. Hanson was absent.
j A motion by Mr. Keen that the engineer deter-

mine whether the cost of paving the private property of
J. M. Berg, east side of lot 6,block lOl,west side of
Boynton street, was included in the assessment against
the abutting property. If so, that the amount so included
be determined and the assessment against the property so
abutting be reduced by an equ&1 amount was adopted on
roll call by unanimous vote.

inclusion of the costs oP street intersections in the
assessments against abutting property for street paving.
The Council adjourned subject to the call of
