A~ ORDIN~YNCE OF T~ C~ COUNC~ OF T~ ORD~Dj~E OF T~ CI~ COUNS~ OF T'~ CITY OF DELSEY B~ACH, FLORIDA, DESIGi'~ATiNG ALL P~,OP-~R~ iN ~w~"~ B~ ~'~'~ 139 V~ST OF T!~ FLORIDA IN~R~CO~ CAN~ RESIDEifGE A ~.:~.RICT ~ DESIGNATING ~ ~ v ~z 139 !~ST OF T~ FLORIDA !NTRA- CO~o~ CMfAL AS BEING I~[ PgSIDENCE A DISTRICT ~P~[D DESIGNATING Tiie F~0NT YARD R.~UIR.2.~2L..~ ,~LEOF ~ SIDE q~ SET BACK, V~tLF~, the City COuncil of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, did on the 8th day of September, 1941, pass an ord- inance designating all property in Seestedt-Stevens Subdiv- ision and Block 139 West of the Intracoastal Canal as being in residence A district, and i'LmlEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, is of the opinion thet an error was made as to the property designated in said ordinance and is of the opinion that t~e only properties is Seestedt-Stevens Subdivision intended to be included in said ordinance were Lots 2, ~, 4, 5, 6, ?, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 1~, 1~, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24~ 25, 26, 2?, 28, and. 29. ?~IL~IAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, desires to rectify said error, ~,~,,, THEREFORE, BE rT 0RDAIA~D by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida. oE~.IOL l: That Ordinance No. 413 of the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, entitled: "An ordinance of the City Council of the Cm y of Delray Beach, Florida, designating all property in Seestedt- Stevens Subdivision and Block 139 West of the Florida Intracoastal Canal as being in residence A district and designating the front yard requirements thereof.", Be, and the same, is hereby repealed. oEC~ION 2: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, ll, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 2i, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 in Seestedt- Stevens Subdivision and all of Block 139 West of the Florida Intracoastal Canal are hereby designated as being in residence A district. SECTI0~ 3: The remaining Lots in Seestedt-Stevens Subdivision, to-wit: Lots l, lA, 18, l~, 19, and 20 are hereby designated as being in residence B district, which is the same district they were in before the passage of Ordinance No. 413, which is repealed by this ordinance. SECTION 4: The front yard requirements in all property designated in Section 2 of this ordinance shall be a minim~l of 30 feet, instead of 35 feet as required in other residence A districts. SECTION 5: The set back fro~a the side street of each corner lot designated in Section 3 of this ordinance shall be 30 feet.
