The reading of the Minutes was posponed
to give Judge Thompson to present his views in regards to
';making a settlerent vrith Allen Aic Pdeilly xrithout further
procedings in 9ourt. City Attorney Yoemans relied prebe-
Sting his views of the case ir. behalf City and Tax payers.
IThe subject was diacust at length,but there being no indi-
'cations of a settleme3~,the matter ass turned over to
',Attorney Yeomans to make a settlement ifpossible,that
would be agreeable to the Council.
