Bradshaw present. Motion by J. R. Cason, Jr. seconded by L. H. ~' Bradshaw, That the bill of DQLaVergue Machine Co. oP ~ May 13, for Friotion Clutoh etc., Yor 135.19 be referred back with snggeatione that the bill be seat to the J. B. Mc~rary Co:, as the Town bought the engine complete. Carried. Motion by H. J. Sterling, seconded by J. R. Cason, Jr., That the bill of GriYfin Foundry and Maohine Co. Yor "~95 be referred to Supt. Bradley with `. instructions to pay as much of this bill as he can with convenience. Carried. Motion by H. J. Sterling, seconded by S. E. O'%eal, That the oommunication iron the West Palm Beach Telephone Co. be accepted and that the clerk 1s hereby instructed to advise the said Telephone Co. that the town will dispense with all the telephones iG _~ ~__ a now in use by the town. Carried. A petition was passed in by Mr. Hawker signed by Mrs. J. R. Cason, Jr. and others asking that the electric plant be operated every Wednesday from the hours of 7 A. M. to 11 A. Id. for the purpose of ironing etc. Motion by J. R. Cason, Jr., seconded by S., E. O'Neal, That the petition be referfed,baok for from 20 to 25 names before the council aonld ts~~ up, the matter. Carried. Motion by J. R. Cason, Jr., seconded by m L. H. Bradshaw, That all bills be referred to the ~` ~ finance committee. Carried. Motion by J. R. Cason, Jr., seconded by L. H. Bradshaw, That the clerk be instructed to write C. E. McIntosh, in regard to settlement he made with town when he was employed as marshal.
