Carried. ~ An ordinance prescribing the compensation of the tax collector and marshal: Providing for the appointment of a policeman, and prescribing said` polieemans compensation. 1 Be it ordained by the Town Council of the j Town of Delray, State of Florida: ~` 9eo. 1. The tax collector shall receive ~~~~~~~ as his com ensation five j p per cent of all nixes ~' i ~; <~ lected by him on reel and personal property and ~ ~.r "°' ~ j twenty five cents for each occupation tax colt ~~~~~~ For other services as tax collector not herein ' ~~` .u .~ i tinned he shall receive the same cempensation as pro- vided by law for the County tax collector for similar i services. 0 Seb. 2.
