contractors ,who oongtructed the Plater de Light Plant at
Delray Fla., to supply this Council,with a full and complete
statement,with.vouchers,specificationrgoverning ,the Cone
ipg; and installation of such Plant,that it may further be
reT}uerted of them a full description of some $20000 of City
of Delray Bomde,as to due dates and nvmbere,and eircumatancer
under which received,from whom and date of receipt.
