Marshal Ramsey present. t The biimutes of the pHavioua meeting were carried over to the next regular meeting to be more fully prepared. Motion by J.A.Zeder and seconded by IV.~'.Bbackmer That H.J.Sterling be app~binted to succede himself as Councilman of the Town of belray to the next general election' Carried 1~otion by G.J.Strickland and seconded by H.J.Sterling That all billsbe refuted to the Finance Committee. CARRIED Iutotion by G.J.Strickland and seconded by H.J.Sterling That all bills be paid as apppoved. CARRIED ~Ir Gruber of the 1h'est Palm Beach felephoneCo addressed the council in regards to changing the Contract to comply with: State Law in reference to supplying free telephones. President Miller assured B4r Gruber that the P+iatter would be taken up by the Covneil in the near future with a view to adjust the matter. Auditor J.D.hitchall presented his report and audit of the TownaBooks and affairs. Motion by H.J.Sterling and seconded by J.A.Zeder That ISr..Mitchalls report be accepted placed on file and Posted. D. 1915, snd ientitled An Ordinance oP the Town Council oP the Town 'oP Delray, Florida:, appointing F/. w. Blackmer, H. J. Ster- ling and John A.
