~Ir Gruber of the 1h'est Palm Beach felephoneCo addressed the
council in regards to changing the Contract to comply with:
State Law in reference to supplying free telephones.
President Miller assured B4r Gruber that the P+iatter would
be taken up by the Covneil in the near future with a view
to adjust the matter.
Auditor J.D.hitchall presented his report and audit of the
TownaBooks and affairs.

AN ORDINA-;CE oP the Torn Council oP the Town of
iDelray, adopting the City Code oP the Town aP Delray, as
!compiled by W. w. Blackmer, H. J. Sterling, J. A. Zeder,
by virtue of the authority vested in them by an ordinance,
jpassed tie twenty fifth day of October, A. D. 1915, and
approved the eighth day of November, A. D. 1915, snd
ientitled An Ordinance oP the Town Council oP the Town
'oP Delray, Florida:, appointing F/. w. Blackmer, H. J. Ster-
ling and John A. Zeder and authorizing them to arrange,
icodiPy, add to and suppliment the ordinances oP the said
jTown oP Delray, Florida, oP a general and permanent char-
'.acter, preparatory to the adoption and publication thereof,
in an appropriate volume to be known and designated as

°THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF DELRAY", which shall become the

Be it ordained by the city council of the town of
Delray:
Section 1.
That there be and the same is hereby adopted as the
law of the Town of Delray, the compilation prepared by

of the authority vested in them, by an ordinance passed
• the twenty fifth day of Cetober, A. D. 1915, and
approved the eighth day of November, A. D. 1915, and

Section 3.
That the code of the Town og Delray hereby adopted
shall go into effect and be operative upon the publication
of the said "The code of the said Town of Delray": and
on the day after the date of the Mayor's proclamation,
announcing the publication thereoY, which proclamation
shall be made immediately, upon notification of the

notice shall be given to the Pdayor at the first meeting
of the council after t%:e publication.
