Ro11 call with the following present; Pres. ~=ieRae, Ald,
Acton, Cason and Clackerman.

Ald. ~icton, as a corm^.ittee of one to investigate the merits
of the Ajax Fire Extinguisher, brclight in a favorable report
i on same.
Ald. 17ackerman, chairman of a committee to investigate
the advisibility of establishing a Piro company, asks for
farther time and same was granted.
Ald. Cason offered the following resolution;
" Be it resolved by the Town Council of the Tovrn of
Delray, Palm Beach County, Florida, that R4ay~r J. S. Sundt'
be requested to call an annual election to be held at the
~3oosters' Club at Delray, Florida, on Tuesday the 8th. day of
October A. D. 1912, for the parpose of electing the follow-
- tag officers, to-wit:-
One E4a,yor,
One Town R:ia~shal,
One Town Clerk,
Two members of the TOFVn Council.
Be it further resolved that we recommend the appointment
of PSessrs. J. B. Rico, F. 7,. Tenbrook and 47, F.. Eell a.s
inspectors of the election and PIr. T. A. Tasker as Clerk.
