BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY C0Ui~CIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it sh~ll be unlawful for any person

to pest, paint or place on ~ny bridge, lamp post, telephone or
telegraph post, or any property, automobile, or private or
public buil.~:ing, or fence, any hand bills, .signs, pictures,
or advertisements whatsoevsr, without the consent of the
owner thereof first had and obtained in writing.
Section. That any person found guilty of violating
the provision of this ordinance shall be fined not exceeding
Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), or imprisoned in the City jail
not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprison-
ment.
