03-12-96SpMtg MARCH 12, 1996 A Special Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, was called to order by Mayor Thomas E. Lynch in the First Floor Conference Room at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 1996. Roll call showed: Present - Commissioner Jay Alperin Commissioner Ken Ellingsworth Commissioner David Randolph Mayor Thomas E. Lynch Absent - Commissioner Barbara Smith Also present were City Manager David T. Harden and City Attorney Susan A. Ruby. Mayor Lynch called the meeting to order and announced that it had been called for the purpose of considering the following item: (1) Contract Addition (C.O. ~2)/Advanced Roofinqo Inc.: Consider a contract addition (C.O. #2) in the amount of $9,325.00 to Advanced Roofing, Inc. for reroofing the tire storage building as part of the Public Works Complex Reroofing project, with funding from General Construction - Buildings (Account #334-6112-519-62.10). After discussion, Dr. Alperin moved to approve the contract addition (C.O. #2) with Advanced Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $9,325.00, seconded by Mr. Ellingsworth. Upon roll call the Commission voted as follows: Dr. Alperin - Yes; Mr. Ellingsworth - Yes; Mr. Randolph - Yes; Mayor Lynch - Yes. Said motion passed with a 4 to 0 vote.
