11-12-96SpMtg NOVEMBER 12, 1996 A Special Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, was called to order by Mayor Jay Alperin in the First Floor Conference Room at City Hall at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 12, 1996. Roll call showed: Present - Commissioner Kevin Egan Commissioner Ken Ellingsworth Commissioner Karen Kiselewski Commissioner David Randolph Mayor Jay Alperin Absent - None Also present were - City Manager David T. Harden and City Attorney Susan A. Ruby Mayor Alperin called the meeting to order and announced that it had been called for the purpose of considering the following item: (1) ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR M&P CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. PROPERTY ON DAVIS ROAD: Consider approval of an access agreement by and among M&P Concrete Products, Inc., the Lake Worth Drainage District and the City for the purpose of access to M&P property on Davis Road. The City Attorney stated that M&P Concrete Products, Inc. has requested this item be postponed until the regular meeting of November 19, 1996. Commissioner Ellingsworth moved to postpone considera- tion of the access agreement for M&P Concrete Products, Inc. until the November 19, 1996, regular meeting, seconded by Commis- sioner Randolph. Upon roll call the Commission voted as follows: Ms. Kiselewski - Yes; Mr. Egan - Yes; Mr. Ellingsworth - Yes; Mr. Randolph - Yes; Mayor Alperin - Yes. Said motion passed with a 5 to 0 vote. There being no further business, Mayor Alperin declared the special meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m~, at which time the Commission convened the regularly scheduled workshop session.
