Mayor Weekes presented the First Amendment To Interlocal Agreement. Mr. Scheifley moved for adoption of the proposed First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement, seconded by Mrs. Durante. Said motion passed unanimously. Before roll call, Mrs. Durante stated for the record that she would like to thank her fellow Council Members for supporting her amendment that was introduced to the Sewer Board for their acceptance. It was defeated, for the lack of one vote, but she will introduce it again because there was one member absent. It was suggested that Mrs. Durante send a note of thanks to one of the Boynton Councilmen, which she agreed to do. At this point the roll was called to the motion.
