Benedict, Assistant Vice President of U.S. Shelter Corporation, a Delaware corporation, has made application for abandonment of a portion of a 45 ft. wide drain- age easement lying within the Plat of Waterford Village as recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 80 through 82 of the Public Records of Palm Beach CountY, Florida~ and, WHEREAS, the fee-simple owners of real property abut- ting the area to be abandoned each have not objected to same; and, WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, finds that its interest in the described property is no longer needed for the public good and deems it to be in the best interests' of the City of Delray Beach to vacate and abandon said portion of a 45 ft. wide drainage easement lying within the Plat of Waterford Village, NOW.
