CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND
, ABANDONING A PORTION OF A 45 FT. WIDE DRAIN-
AGE EASEMENT LYING WITHIN THE PLAT OF
WATERFORD VILLAGE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
61. PAGES 80 THROUGH 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN
SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, U.S. Shelter Corporation, a Delaware corpora-
tion, is the fee-simple owner of the following described proper-
ty: Commencing at the West. one-quarter corner of said Section

situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, Robert C. Benedict, Assistant Vice President
of U.S. Shelter Corporation, a Delaware corporation, has made
application for abandonment of a portion of a 45 ft. wide drain-
age easement lying within the Plat of Waterford Village as
recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 80 through 82 of the Public
Records of Palm Beach CountY, Florida~ and,
WHEREAS, the fee-simple owners of real property abut-
ting the area to be abandoned each have not objected to same;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Delray
Beach, Florida, finds that its interest in the described property
is no longer needed for the public good and deems it to be in the
best interests' of the City of Delray Beach to vacate and abandon
said portion of a 45 ft. wide drainage easement lying within the
Plat of Waterford Village,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:

determined to vacate and abandon all right and interest it holds
to the following described real property:
A portion of the Plat of Waterford Village as
recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 80 through 82
of the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida; lying in Section 29, Township 46
South, Range 43 East, City of Delray Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida; being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the West one-quarter corner of
said Section 29; thence South 89 degrees 53'
07" East along the East-West one-quarter line
of said section, a distance of 40.03 feet;
thence South 02 degrees 09' 50" East, a
distance of 807.14 feet to the northerly
right-of-way of Audubon Boulevard; thence
East along said right-of-way, a distance of
613.06 feet to the point of curvature of a
curve concave to the South having a radius of
1474,88 feet and a central angle of 14
degrees 20' 00"; thence easterly along the
arc of said curve, a distance of 368,96 feet;
thence South 75 degrees 40' 00" East, a
distance of 81.19 feet to the point of
