A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF
S.E. 2ND AVENUE, BUFFALO ROAD AND ASTNER ROAD ALL LYING
AND BEING WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION OF WEIHMUELLER ADDITION
TO DELRAY BEACH AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 174 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Roger C. Boos and Marcella Ann Boos, his wife, are the
fee-simple owners of Weihmueller Addition to Delray Beach, as recorded in
Plat Book 23, Page 174 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, Roger C. Boos and Marcella Ann Boos, his wife, have made
application for abandonment of that portion of S.E. 2nd Avenue, Buffalo
Road and Astner Road lying and being within the Subdivision of Weihmueller
Addition to Delray Beach; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida,
deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Delray Beach to vacate
and abandon the above-described parcel of land,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That pursuant to Chapter 166 of the Florida Statutes,
it is hereby determined to vacate and abandon the following described real
property:
That portion of S.E. 2nd Avenue, Buffalo Road and Astner
Road lying and being within the Subdivision of Weihmueller
Addition to Delray Beach, as recorded in Plat Book 23,
Page 174 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Flor-
ida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on this 10th day of
