SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach, Mayor Jeff perlman has
instructed me to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following
purposes:
1. SUBSTITUTE EASEMENT DEED/LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT:
Consider approval of the forty (40) foot substitute easement to the Lake Worth Drainage
District (LWDD) from the Bexley Park property, located adjacent to the L-31 canal and just east
of Military Trail. (Motion to approve substitute easement deed with Lake Worth Drainage District
contingent upon approval by LWDD on Wednesday, February 11, 2004; Approved, 5-0)
