Res 80-80 RESOLUTION NO. 80-80 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUIRING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR CON- STRUCTING PAVEMENT AND A SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO SERVE THE UNPAVED PORTION OF THE BLOCK BETWEEN N. E. 3RD AVENUE AND THE F.E.C. RAILROAD TRACKS, EXTENDING 430 FEET NORTH FROM N. E. 3RD STREET. W~IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, may deem it to be necessary for the safety and convenience of the public to construct pavement and a subsurface d~ain~ge system to serve the un- paved portion of the block between N. E. 3rd Avenue and the F. E. C. Railroad tracks, extending 430 feet north from N. E. 3rd Street, the City of Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to share in the cost of such improvement with the owners of lands abutting thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Manager be required to submit plans, specifications and an estimate of the cost of such improvement to be made, and that the same shall be placed on file in the office of the City Manager.
