Res 40-77 RESOLUTION NO. 40-77 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPRE- HENSIVE LAND USE PLAN MAP FOR THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH BY CHANGING FROM COMMERCIAL LAND USE CLASSIFICATION TO HIGH DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY (15 UNITS PER ACRE) LAND USE CLASSIFICATION LOTS 1,2 AND 3, OF BLOCK C, JOHN B. REID'S VILLAGE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has concurred in amending the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map dated May 1977, to designate Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block C, John B. Reid's Village in the High Density Multi-Family land use classification; and, WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the proposed amendment at the regular meeting of July 11, 1977; and, WHEREAS, City Council authorized the City Clerk to pub- lish notice for a public hearing to be held before adoption of the amendment; and, WHEREAS, the City Clerk published notice on July 28, 1977, of the public hearing; and, WHEREAS, City Council held a public hearing pertaining to the amendment on August 22, 1977, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Land Use Plan Map adopted June 1977 be changed to show Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block C, John B. Reid's Village, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 95 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, as being in High Density Multi-Family (15 units per acre) Land Use Classification. Section 2. That the Planning Director is authorized to make such correction to the Land Use Plan Map adopted June 1977. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
