Res 15-74 RESOLUTION NO. 15-74. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZI~YG THE RECORDING WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF ALL UNPAID SPECIAL ASSESSmeNTS LEVIED AGAINST REAL PROPERTY IN THE ~PAVING OF S.W. 7TH AVENUE AND ON W~ICH THE CITY HOLDS A LIEN FOR SAID SPECIAL ASSESSMENT. WHEREAS, there are special assessment liens due the City for the opening, grading and paving of that portion of S.W. 7th Avenue from S.W. 6th Street southward to meet the existing pavement approxi- mately 300 feet south of S.W. 7th Street; and, WHEREAS, liens in favor of the City exist against the properties for the unpaid special assessments plus interest; and, WHEREAS, it is the 'desire of the ~ity Council that these unpaid special asse~~ liens be ~ded w~th ~ Clerk ~ the C~,~ Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1. That the following unpaid special assessment liens due the City of Delray Beach, Florida, for the opening, grading and paving of that portion of S.W. 7th Avenue from S.W. 6th Street southward to meet the existing pavement approximately 300 feet south of S.W. 7th Street be recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida.
