Res 27-72 RESOLUTION NO. 27-72. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINAGE AS SHOWN ON PLANS MARKED "STORM DRAINAGE - SOUTHWEST AREA, PROJECT NO. 5964-9a", TOGETHER WITH THE INSTALLATION OF INLETS, MAN-HOLES AND APPURTENANCES IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUCH STORM DRAINS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, did on the 10th day of April, 1972, adopt Resolution No. 15-72, ordering the City Manager to prepare plans and specifications for certain storm drains, and an estimate of cost of such improvement to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, that it is determined to make the following de- scribed improvement, to-wit: CONSTRUCTION of storm drainage as shown on plans marked "Storm Drainage - Southwest Area, Project No. 5962-9a", dated June 8, 1972, together with the installation of inlets, man-holes and appurtenances in conjunction with such storm drains, to drain an area determined as the Drain Field Area and lying within that section of land described as follows: Commence at the southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 4, of Odmanns S/D, said lot corner lying info. the east right of'way line of Southwest 14 Avenue and lying within the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida; thence easterly along the south lot line of said Lot 11, a distance of 21.46 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning of the parcel to be herein described: From the point of beginning, thence easterly along the south proper- ty line of said Lot 11 and along the south property line of Lots 10 through 1, Block 4, Odmanns S/D to the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4; thence easterly to the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2 of Atlantic Park Gardens Subdivision, thence easterly along the south property line of Lots 1 through 11, Block 2 of said Atlantic Park Gardens S/D, thence easterly to the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5 of said Atlantic Park Gardens S/D;
