Gatchel City Manager City of Delray Beach Delray Beach, Florida Dear Mr. Gatchel: Please refer to your letter of April 25, 1966 in which you requested the transfer of Erosion Account funds which were allocated to your beach preservation project by the State Board of Conservation on March 1, 1966. In making reco~,~,endation to the Board regarding the transfer of these allocated funds, we have found that it will be necessary that each local project sponsor present a resolution to the Board requesting this transfer. For that pm~pose, we have prepared a standard resolution which you may use. Please have the original executed by the pro- per official and return to this office. Your prompt return of this executed resolution will assure early presentation to the Board. Sincerely, W. T.
