A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUIRING
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF COST
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS IN SECTION
"Q" AS SHOWN ON STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM SUR-
VEY FILE T. F. 1868-Q, TOGETHER WITH THE IN-
STALLATION OF CATCH BASINS, MAN-HOLES AND
APPURTENANCES IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUCH
STORM DRAINS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, as follows:
1. That the City Manager shall secure plans, speci-
fications and estimate of cost for the construction of Storm
Drains and appurtenances in Section "Q" as shown on Storm
Drainage System Survey File T. F. 1868-Q, together with the
installation of necessary Catch Basins and Man-Holes in con-
junction with such Storm Drains to drain an area to be de-
termined as the Drain Field Area.
2. That such plans, specifications and estimate of
cost shall be placed on file in the office of the City Manager,
in the City Hall.
