A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH AUTHORIZING
THE COUNTY TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN
DEVELOPMENT OF A TRANSPORTATION PLAN
FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Delray Beach deems it
advisable to enter into an agreement with Palm Beach
County, authorizing the County to act in behalf of
and represent the City of Delray Beach in the de-
velopment of a transportation plan for Palm Beach
County.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of
Delray Beach does hereby authorize and direct the
proper City officials to enter into an agreement
with Palm Beach County authorizing the County to
act in behalf of and represent the City of Delray
Beach in the development of a transportation plan
for Palm Beach County.
Section 2. The authority granted to the
County shall not entail expense to the City of
Delray Beach.
