RE: Northwest 1Eth Avenue, ~ , 196~
Delray Beach, Florida
WE, the undersigned property owners, respectfully show unto
the Honorable City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida,
the following:
1. That Northwest 1Eth Avenue is in a bad state of repair
from Atlantic Avenue to Northwest End Street; that part of said
street is shell rock and the other part is sand.
E. That the sandy part of said street becomes nearly impassable
during the dry season; that the shell rock portion, though passable
at most times~ creates dust from the passing of cars and the winds,
thereby filling the houses located on said street with dust.
3. That we desire said street improved on an assessment basis.
WHEREFORE we request the Commission to authorize the paving of
said street.
