Res 1400-62 RESOLUTION NO. 1400 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH THE OPEN- ING, GRADING AND PAVING OFJTHAT PART OF SOUTHEAST SIXTH STREET LYING BETWEEN SOUTHEAST FIFTH AND SIXTH AVENUES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, did on the 14th day of May, 1962, by Resolution No. 1398, determine to proceed with the open- ing, grading and paving of that part of Southeast Sixth Street lying between Southeast Fifth and Sixth Avenues to a width of twenty-four (24) feet. WHEREAS, the Resolution providing therefore has been duly published as required by the City Charter, together with a notice that objections to said improve- ment would be heard, and WHEREAS, no sufficient objections have been made to such proposed improvement. NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun- cil of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, that the City Manager be and he is hereby instructed to proceed with the opening, grading and paving of that part of South- east ~ixth Street lying between Southeaat Fifth and Sixth Avenues to a width of twenty-four (24) feet accord- ing to the plans and specifications heretofore filed with the City Clerk, and a copy thereof filed in the office of the City Manager and kept open for the inspection of the public.
